Visum3 roof tile is laid on a discontinuous frame or battens, which are fixed by building a batten and counter batten deck, or attached directly to the frame
Laying Visum3 roof tile uses the broken bond method (also referred to as the cross bond method):
The Starter course begins with a Visum3 Right Side Start Course Klinker (Q107). This accessory includes a metallic part to direct the water to a gutter
(Fig. 2). Then continue with full Visum3 tiles for the rest of the course.
The second course starts with a Visum3 Right Side Start Course (Q99) followed by a Visum3 Right Half Roof Tile (Q100), creating a cross bond visual effect. Then continue with full Visum3 tiles for the rest of the course, ending on the left side with the Visum3 Left Half Roof Tile (Q102) and its Left Side Course (Q101).
The process should be repeated, alternating steps A and B, until the ridge is reached.
At the top course beneath ridge line, the excess of Q99 Right Side Course must be cut
