DESCRIPTION
Sierra Gray is a highly consistent, unfading slate featuring a true medium-to-light gray color. Its surface has a moderately smooth texture with a small to average natural cleft, offering a refined yet authentic slate appearance. While some tiles may show subtle brown specks upon close inspection, the overall effect from a distance is a clean, uniform gray.
This slate is ideal for projects where consistency in color and surface is key. Its polished, graceful appearance brings a timeless elegance—blending seamlessly into bright daylight and reflecting beautifully under evening light. Sierra Gray is rated S1 Grade under ASTM standards, with excellent test performance across durability metrics.
It is easy to work with and typically requires no power tools. Designed to withstand all weather conditions, it also meets the Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) requirements for Title 24 Cool Roof compliance.
